سياسة دقة بيانات الشهادة وتصحيحها – T4Q

1. الغرض
تحدد هذه السياسة مسؤولية المتدرب عن تقديم بياناته الشخصية بشكل صحيح، وتوضح رسوم التصحيح المطبقة عند الحاجة إلى إعادة إصدار الشهادة نتيجة أخطاء في البيانات المقدّمة من المتدرب.

2. النطاق
تطبّق هذه السياسة على جميع المتدربين المسجّلين في أي دورة أو برنامج تقدّمه T4Q (Training 4 Quality) والذين تُصدر شهاداتهم عبر المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني (TVTC) أو أي جهة اعتماد وطنية أو دولية أخرى.

3. مسؤولية المتدرب
يتحمّل كل متدرب وحده مسؤولية تقديم البيانات التالية بشكل صحيح ودقيق كما يجب أن تظهر على الشهادة عند التسجيل:

• الاسم الكامل (كما يجب أن يظهر رسمياً)
• البريد الإلكتروني
• رقم الجوال / الهاتف

يلتزم المتدرب بمراجعة بياناته والتأكد من صحتها قبل انتهاء فترة التسجيل. ولا تتحمّل T4Q أي مسؤولية عن الأخطاء الناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة قدّمها المتدرب.

4. رسوم التصحيح
في حال إصدار الشهادة عبر TVTC أو أي جهة وطنية أو دولية، ثم تبيّن الحاجة إلى تصحيحها بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة قدّمها المتدرب، يلتزم المتدرب بدفع رسوم تصحيح وإعادة إصدار قدرها 250 ريالاً سعودياً لكل شهادة.

5. الإعفاء من الرسوم
لا تُحتسب رسوم تصحيح إذا كان الخطأ يعود إلى T4Q (مثل خطأ في إدخال البيانات من قِبل موظفي T4Q يخالف ما قدّمه المتدرب).

6. الإجراء

1. يقدّم المتدرب طلب التصحيح عبر القناة الرسمية لـ T4Q.
2. يسدّد المتدرب رسوم التصحيح البالغة 250 ريالاً سعودياً.
3. تتولّى T4Q إجراء التصحيح مع الجهة المعنية وتعيد إصدار الشهادة المصححة بعد تأكيد السداد.

T4Q Certificate Information Accuracy & Correction Policy

1. Purpose
This policy establishes the responsibility of trainees to provide accurate personal information and defines the correction fee applicable when certificates must be reissued due to errors in the information originally submitted by the trainee.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all trainees enrolled in any T4Q (Training 4 Quality) course or program whose certificates are issued through TVTC or any other national or international accrediting body.

3. Trainee Responsibility
At the time of registration, each trainee is solely responsible for providing the following information correctly and exactly as it should appear on the certificate:

• Full name (as it should appear officially)
• Email address
• Mobile/phone number

Trainees are required to review and confirm the accuracy of their submitted information before the registration deadline. T4Q is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the trainee.

4. Correction Fee
If a certificate is produced and issued through TVTC or any national or international body, and a correction is subsequently required due to incorrect information originally submitted by the trainee, the trainee shall pay a correction and reissuance fee of SAR 250 per certificate.

5. Fee Exemption
No correction fee will be charged where the error is attributable to T4Q (e.g., a data-entry error by T4Q staff that differs from the information the trainee submitted).

6. Process

1. The trainee submits a correction request through the official T4Q channel.
2. The trainee pays the SAR 250 correction fee.
3. T4Q processes the correction with the relevant body and reissues the corrected certificate upon confirmation of payment.
